Home study: The growing trend. You study at your own pace and test online when ready. The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager exam can be completed from any computer that has internet connection, and you get to see your score immediately. The ServSafe®Food Protection Manager online exam also includes administration, processing and a ServSafe® Certificate upon successful completion (score of 75 or above). Certificate arrives in 5 days or less. I suggest the ServSafe® Essentials, 5th Edition, English as your training manual. I advise clients not to buy a new one, chances are, you know someone that has one, or you can borrow one from your local library. Truth is, after passing The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Exam, most folks never open ServSafe® Essentials again until time to recertify. The ServSafe® Essentials, 5th Edition, English will cost you at least $70.00 with online exam voucher and can be purchased from www.ServeSafe.com. I can also provide you with the ServSafe® Essentials, 5th Edition, English for a small daily fee.
Traditional Classes: Sign up for one of my classes along with the attendance of other business operators/managers. The class and the exam are completed in ONE DAY.
Classes can be private for your business also.
On Site Classes: I come to your location for one day and give one-on-one attention and instruction to those needing certification or recertification, and give the exam on site. This saves everyone travel time and money.
I am also available for seasonal/part time work.
